I just love this dish it's just that I don't have time to cook in my younger years (laughs) until one time...unknowingly that this recipe was available when we decided to try a buffet style in Ponderosa Restaurant located at  Al Hilal, Doha, Qatar. Tried again after a few years back since I'm back home for good 😂 (got so much time to sink in cooking 😋)

1/2 chicken wings
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 hot sauce 
2 tbs butter (half stick)
pepper (optional)

Ranch Dressing: Mix 4tbs mayo + minced garlic + 5 tbsp milk + 1 tsp. vinegar or lemon.
Stir every adding of every ingredient.

1. Fry chicken until light golden brown. Don't toast it/over fry. 
2. Set aside.
3. Heat butter, ketchup, hot sauce in low fire.
4. Add fried chicken.
5. Turn into medium fire after 2-3 minutes.
6. Fry for another minute or until sauce absorbed.
