Black coffee
fine sugar or glucose syrup
preserved fresh mint or peppermint syrup
whip cream or cream plus condensed milk

Float in 2 ways:
Blend 100 ml cream + 1tbs condensed milk + 2 tsp mint then chill for an hour.
Add few drops of mint liqueur/syrup into the cold heavy cream then whisk.

Add 4tbs hot water to a spoonful of your favorite coffee espresso.
Fill ice cubes on a glass.
Pour  3/4 glass of cold water.
Add espresso.
Add sugar syrup.
You may add warm milk if you want (latte).
Scoop ice cream or pipe whipped cream on top of the coffee.
