TACO CUPS with SALSA and MUSHROOM & CHEESE

This taco cups is really a country style, I wanted much this at home for my daughter's simple celebration to her success. This flowery bowl-like taco corn cups will surely make her smile and feel loved. It's all natural, no foreign substance, a 100% Filipino product...MEGA MEXICANA - Made in the Philippines.

SALSA

MUSHROOM & CHEESE




SALSA

Just chop tomatoes, cucumber and onions.
 Add some salt and pepper. 
You may add red or green chili or pickled jalapeno.



MUSHROOM & CHEESE

Canned sliced mushroom.
Heat 1 cup of water mixed with 1/4 tsp cornstarch. 
Add shredded cheddar cheese. 
If you can't find any, you may use buttermilk or easy melt cheese.
Just add cheese powder to add some color (light orange).
But if you want a strong or tangy taste, add some yellow spices like turmeric, curry or cumin to have the same color as nacho cheese.
