Finally! I found a perfect thick glass noodles for my favorite pancit recipe, sotanghon - SURA KOREAN STARCH NOODLES, DANGMYUN or VERMICELLI. I haven't seen like this before...
3 cups water
1 tbs cornstarch
1/4 cups soy sauce
2 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs sugar
black ground pepper
Yuka Korean starch noodles (vermicelli or dangmyun)
1. Fry garlic, onion, pork and vegetables.
2. Boil glass noodles for 10 minutes. Strain.
3. In a casserole, pour water then mix cornstarch. Stir in soy and oyster sauce. Add salt and pepper according to taste. Bring to boil. Add noodles then wait until sauce thickens.
4. Mix veggies and noodles.
