MY SPONGY MANGO GELATO

This yummy ice cream I made is my way to bond with the kids since they are still on summer vacation. It's very simple to make. Here's my added list of my "Mango Rama Dessert #1: My Spongy Mango Gelato". It's a classic tiramisu recipe that just made into an ice cream. You will all going to enjoy this toothsome gelato recipe while watching your favorite movie with them, like us.

For 3 Servings:

Crumb: You need some Graham honey flavored biscuits by putting it in a plastic bag/ziploc then crush it with a knife or a rolling pin, or just break the biscuit into a small pieces by your hand.

Mango puree: 2 whole mangoes, mashed or use a blender.

Gelatin: Mix 10g mango flavored gelatin, 3 tbs sugar and 375ml water in a casserole. Heat the mixture in medium fire for 3 minutes. Turn off the stove then add the mango puree. Stir. Put in a mold. Let it cool. Slice the gelatin into a square.

Gelato: Prepare 500ml cream, 1/4 cup (60ml) cream cheese, 1/8 cup (30ml) condensed milk, 1/2 tsp mango essence (optional). Whisk altogether. Add the gelatin and crushed graham into the cream. Fold gently, do not overdo it. Put in a container. Chill for 4 hours. Serve.

~ENJOY!~
